Refund and Returns Policy
D.O.C. carefully inspects all products before shipment, but if you receive the incorrect product or a product with a defect covered by warranty, please notify D.O.C. customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
All orders are eligible for onsite pick-up and scheduled thorough product walk-through prior to order pick up. As such, no returns or refunds of first aid kits or equipment will be accepted after leaving the D.O.C. / Overland Wellness premises.
